Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervises work of the Inside Sales, Account Representatives to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks. Supervision includes responsibilities such as:
- monitoring work distribution and scheduling overtime as required
- monitoring monthly reports for measurements of sales
- encouraging intra-department liaison
2. Leads and influences the performance of team members; actively listens and addresses employee and operational concerns; directs flow and schedule of work; leads monthly team meetings.
3. Interviews and trains new employees, coaches and counsels employees, conducts annual performance evaluations.
4. Performs duties of Inside Sales, Account Representative for designated accounts.
5. Receives and processes customer concerns.
6. Initiates immediate containment actions to satisfy the customer.
7. Interfaces with Warehouse Manager to resolve concerns.
8. Creating, implementing and revising procedures and instructions.
