Renewable Energy stands on firm foundations of proven technology, energy independence, low carbon emissions and the creation of jobs.  Government policies and a critical mass of product manufacturers will provide the path for substantial growth in the implementation of these systems over the next few years.

SOLAR (electric)

• Photovoltaic Modules are used to generate DC power from the sun.  There are a large number of modules available on the market with different specifications for efficiency, impact resistance, temperature, voltage, flexibility, direct or diffuse etc
• Systems can be of any size from a few watts to millions of watts
• Appropriate for residential, commercial, industrial or utility grade applications
• Direct, Diffuse or Global Diffuse Sunlight will work (All of United States)
• Maintenance free systems with large warranty periods and life spans
• Simple to install and most states allow tie-in to the Grid with Net Metering

SOLAR (thermal – hot water)

• Sun’s energy is used to heat water
• Used to supplement a facilities hot water requirements or heating
• Appropriate for residential, commercial and industrial applications
• Direct, Diffuse or Global Diffuse Sunlight will work (All of United States)

wind

• Central US, Great Lakes and Coastal areas have significant available wind
• Department of Energy has plan for 20% of US energy production to be wind by 2030
• Wind efficiency is determined by size - the larger the wind turbine the better.

Energy efficiency is the first step to reducing electricity bills and our impact on the environment.  Analysts are predicting that renewable energy will supply 60 percent of the world's electricity by 2060.  With a combination of energy conservation and sourcing renewable energy alternatives, we can have a significant positive impact financially and environmentally.
