Both eSales & eStorefront will be offline starting at midnight on Friday night, July 12th. The reason for this downtime is to upgrade the disk storage hardware that the various business system environments run on. The new hardware is quite a bit faster than the current storage hardware being used, which was installed in 2001. While it's difficult to guess how much faster the business system will run, the difference should be noticeable, especially in longer-running processes such as report generation.  All systems will be available as of 6:00 AM (EDT) on Monday, July 14th
