Remanufacturing and Exchange Services

Reductions in maintenance staff and spare parts inventory often lead to longer downtime and lost revenue when your automation assets malfunction or fail. To minimize downtime and keep production lines running, you need a reliable service partner that you can trust to provide quality repairs when you need them.

Many repair services can be costly, may only fix the symptoms instead of the problem and have limited availability. Rockwell Automation Remanufacturing and Exchange Services go far beyond other repair services with 10 remanufacturing centers (all ISO 9000/14000 certified) and nine exchange hubs.

Every Allen-Bradley® product repaired undergoes a comprehensive seven step remanufacturing process, and each year they invest in maintaining and updating the latest testing equipment.

Wall Switch Sensors featuring IntelliDAPT™

The Hubble Lighting LightHAWK passive infrared, ultrasonic and dual technology wall switch occupancy sensors represent the state-of-the-art in sensor technology. All LightHAWK sensors feature IntelliDAPT technology that continuously analyzes the environment and self-adapts, eliminating the need for manual sensitivity and timer adjustments. These superior sensors offer selectable operating modes — Auto On or Manual On — as well as a built-in photosensor for automatic daylight harvesting.

The intelliDAPT technology provides a maintenance-free “install and Forget” operation. There is no manual sensitivity or timer adjustments required, and the sensor automatically determines the ideal setting for an area. The all-digital dual ultrasonic (US) and passive infrared (PIR) sensor has superior US minor-motion detection with excellent PIR long-range major-motion detection. Additionally, the tamper-proof automatic only version turns lighting on and off without requiring you to push a button.

LiteBox® LED by Prescolite

LED Lite Box by PrescolitePrescolite’s LiteBox LED modules are designed for use in new construction as well as retrofit applications with existing Prescolite or competitive 6” housings using the screw base adapter included.

The LiteBox LED, performs like a 65W BR30 or 18W compact fluorescent, using only 15 watts of power. It features excellent glare control and optical cutoff, color quality and a warm white color temperature. With white splay and 2700K or 3500K CCT options, target markets include residential and light commercial applications. The LB6LED3 model has a minimum 50,000-hour life at 70% lumen maintenance.

A key enhancement to the LED downlighting trims is the diffusion of diode sources. The high transmission acrylic lens diffuses the LEDs to effectively create a single visible source, while the regressed reflector and minimal optical aperture result in significantly reduced glare compared to traditional incandescent sources. The lens also enables the LiteBox LED to be standard wet location listed.
