Sounds Clear Fits in the Ear
Listen, Communicate
and Protect

3M™ Peltor™ ORA TAC is a dual sided in-ear headset. It provides clear communication with tactical features (similar to situational awareness) when attached to your 2 way radio. It helps provide protection from high-noise in a variety of environments and helps provide protection from impulse noises when they occur.

ORA TAC is designed to fit comfortably in the ear. This makes it compatible with a variety of head, face, eye wear, and respiratory products. Fitting of the headset is very simple and quick, just like putting an earplug in your ear. ORA TAC is a small lightweight and robust system designed to meet the needs of the industrial user.

The ORA TAC system is comprised of an in-ear headset with PTT adapter and a quick disconnect cable. The cable connects to individual radios and can be switched when a new radio is purchased. ORA TAC is powered by two AAA batteries located in the adapter.

SolaHD Surge Protection Group PhotoSolaHD Surge Protection
First Line of Defense in Limiting High-Impulse Transients

High-energy transients either externally or internally generated pose an immediate threat to the Reliability and performance of your sensitive electronic equipment. SolaHD recommends placing high-energy Surge Protective Devices (SPDs) on key panels throughout your facility. Within your facility, motors, inductive loads and various equipment load switching can cause damage or costly downtime.

SolaHD’s surge-protective devices focus on limiting high-voltage spikes to a level that is acceptable to most electronic equipment. Plus, they’re a great first line of defense, using components that are placed in parallel with the line and serve as clamping mechanisms for high-energy impulses. Protection at this level is referred to in the industry as Sine Wave Tracking or electronic grade. Surge Protective Devices are typically installed at service entrances and on larger distribution panels.
