Motor Diagnostic Systems (MDS, Inc) provides cost effective solutions to a wide range of problems relating to the monitoring of AC electric motors, generators and their associated systems.  MDS’s motor condition monitors (MCM) offer complete condition monitoring covering most types of electrical driven systems by 3 phase electrical rotating systems such as pumps, fans and compressors.  It is typically mounted in the motor control center (MCC) and requires only current and voltage measurements.  MCM detects a wide range of mechanical, electrical, operational and environmental problems.

Condition Monitoring:
No sensors on motors.  The MCM detects the existing and developing electrical and mechanical faults by getting only current and voltage signals and using the motor as a sensor.

Predicitive Maintenance:
MDS’s Motor Condition Monitors simplify predictive maintenance while increasing maintenance efficiency MCM’s easily integrate into established PM programs and requires very little user training.
