ENPHASE'S TERMS OF SERVICE

UPDATED MARCH 24, 2021

The use of the Enlighten Service is provided subject to Enphase’s Terms of Service located at https://enlighten.enphaseenergy.com.

Enphase’s standard limited warranty for System Owners is included with the Product and available at https://enphase.com/en-us/warranty (the “Limited Warranty”). Neither Distributor nor Enphase makes any other warranty or representation regarding the Products. Enphase directs that each System Owner be provided a copy of the applicable limited warranty(ies) for the Products. Customer/Installer or System Owners will resolve all warranty claims directly with Enphase.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Products are provided on an “as is” basis without any warranty whatsoever, and Enphase and its suppliers and distributors expressly disclaim all warranties, expressed, implied, and statutory including the implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. The parties, each operating in the same field of business, hereby expressly exclude the warranty regarding latent defects. Enphase directs that the installation of Enphase Products must be completed in accordance with all applicable Enphase Documentation found at https://enphase.com/en-us/support/solar-professionals/downloads?field_download_type=2321. Any installations of Enphase Products that do not comply with these requirements may void the Limited Warranty.
