In Energy Management, Knowledge is Power

9/12/2025

With rising energy costs, smart load management can be the difference that keeps you ahead of the competition. PowerMonitor™ products are designed to help you understand and manage the energy demands and usage in your facility. Integrating these products with your existing Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Motor Control Centers (MCCs) and electronic motor starters (such as Rockwell Automation’s M100) allows you to gather and use device-level operational and energy consumption data. With improved visibility of equipment performance and power consumption across your network, you can reduce energy costs by knowing when and where you are using energy and deploying low or no-cost operational changes. Sub-meter to find your largest energy users and create an intelligent motor control strategy. Plan to update faulty or obsolete machines or processes that consume excessive amounts of energy, and choose specific times that are better suited for scheduled operations.
