Donald D. Slominski, Jr.
Executive Chairman of the Board

Don was elected executive chairman of the board of directors for McNaughton-McKay in 2023 after serving as chief executive officer since 2005. He previously held the roles of chief financial officer and president. Don joined the company in 1996 as the director of finance.

Prior to McNaughton-McKay, Don was a senior manager in the assurance practice of KPMG, a global accounting and consulting firm.

He received a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Michigan State University.

Don currently serves on the board of directors for Affiliated Distributors and is a past member of the board of EDGE Global Supply.

Mark Borin
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mark joined McNaughton-McKay Electric Company as president in 2020 and was elected as chief executive officer in 2023.

Prior to joining the company, Mark spent 12 years at Pentair plc, most recently as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to Pentair, Mark worked for Big Four accounting firm KPMG LLP for 19 years where he served as an audit partner.

Mark holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from the University of Michigan and is a certified public accountant.

Laura Del Pup
General Counsel

Laura has served as general counsel for McNaughton-McKay Electric Company since joining the company in 2012.

Prior to joining McNaughton-McKay, Laura was a partner at Clark Hill PLC and specialized in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, transactional law and nonprofit law.

Laura received her juris doctor from Michigan State University College of Law, magna cum laude, in 2001.

Adrienne Myrand
Vice President, Human Resources

Adrienne joined McNaughton-McKay Electric Company as vice president of human resources in 2022.

Prior to joining the company, Adrienne most recently served as vice president of human resources at Eissmann Group Automotive and before that spent 15 years at Faurecia, an automotive supplier. During her career at Faurecia, Adrienne held various leadership roles including director of Faurecia University, director of global talent acquisition and director of global talent management.

Adrienne holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Michigan State University and an MBA from Tiffin University.

John D. Kuczmanski
Executive Vice President and CFO

John joined McNaughton-McKay Electric Company in 1998 and was elected executive vice president and CFO in 2015. He previously held various roles in finance including vice president, finance, and credit manager. John also has served as secretary for the board of directors since 2015.

Prior to McNaughton-McKay, John worked for both First of America Bank and Ameritech.

John holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from Wayne State University.

Chris Majni
Executive VP, Sales and Marketing

Chris joined McNaughton-McKay Electric Company in 1999 as a product specialist in Atlanta, Georgia. He held roles in engineering and sales management in the Southern Region and served as a general manager in the Carolina region and then in the Ohio region. In 2018, he became executive vice president of sales and in 2021 executive vice president of sales and marketing.

Prior to joining the company, Chris was with Rockwell Automation for 12 years. His last role with Rockwell Automation was senior sales engineer in Atlanta.

Chris received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Dayton. He currently sits on the distributor advisory councils for Rockwell Automation and nVent HOFFMAN.
